Ed Martin & Associates, Inc. is pleased to offer linear verification services to maintain accurate traceability requirements mandated by internal quality standards or ISO 9001 procedures.
The verification is performed against a National Institute for Standards and Technology certified master gauging tape and plumb bob using procedures outlined in Appendix A from Manual Petroleum Measurements Standards Chapter 3 Tank Gauging, Section 1A.
We can also provide this service on tapes and bobs that have been purchased or verified at an earlier date. The certification document includes a copy of the observation sheet and all documentation traceable to National Institute for Standards and Technology. As part of our service, your equipment will be automatically entered into our equipment database to allow us to send a notification email in advance of the calibration expiration
