Prompt Shipments – Our comprehensive stock allow us to ship your order normally within 24 hours
from receipt of the order. If you have an urgent or unusual need, please notify us and we will do everything we can to get what you need shipped in the quickest amount of time.

Returns – Returns of equipment will be allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase (goods must be in resalable condition). Prior permission to return an item must be received from a representative of our company. Returned items may be subject to a restocking charge. “Made to Order” items may not be returned for credit.

Terms – Credit terms are available to qualified businesses. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards and bank wire transfers. We can also send shipments C.O.D.

Shipping – We will route shipments as specified on the order. In the absence of specific instructions, we will send packages by United Parcel Service (UPS). Unless otherwise specified, packages will be insured and any additional cost will be added to the invoice along with the other shipping costs.

Breakage and Shortages – In the case of visible or concealed damage, please notify us so that a claim may be filed. Please hold the damaged goods, packing material and all cartons for inspection by the carrier. In case of shortage, please be sure that nothing was thrown away with the packing material and that all the cartons were delivered. Please do not return
